Antique lamp "Millefiori"

"Millefiori" lamp, height 48 cm, lampshade diameter 30 cm, made by the Toso brothers (Murano) in the 1950s / 1960s. Mushroom-shaped lampshade and balustrade-shaped base, with metal, gold glass and murrine finishes, functioning.
Fratelli Toso was among the first manufacturers to recover the ancient murrine technique (dating back to the romana) soon becoming one of the best glassworks in its production. Over the years, murrina became the real "trademark" of Fratelli Toso.
